The Wilson Electronics Cellular Glass Mount Antenna Outperforms the Competition Up to 90% of a cellphone's power on transmit and receive is absorbed within a vehicle and the users head. Wilson solves this problem by channeling all the power from the cell phone to the outside antenna. This results in our glass mount antenna transmitting and receiving over 10 times the signal of a cellular phone used inside a car / truck without an outside antenna.
The Wilson Glass Mount Cellular Antenna was carefully designed to minimize loss and maximize gain on both the 800 MHz and 1900 MHz bands. Wilson accomplished this by using a phasing coil and a low loss coaxial phase reversing device that provides high gain on both frequencies.

The Wilson Dual Band Glass Mount Antenna is about 15 tall and includes 14 feet of RG-58 low loss coax cable with FME Female connector.
The Wilson glass mount is mounted using 3M adhesive. The whip with antenna base is mounted outside the vehicle glass and the mount with cable attached is mounted directly opposite on the inside of the vehicle glass.
