The Wilson AG SOHO 65 DualBand cellular signal booster greatly improves signal strength inside a building when using your cell phone. It does this without physical connection to your phone allowing you to walk around freely during a call. It even allows up to two cell phones and/or Data Cards to be used simultaneously. Works for most 800MHz and 1900MHz range networks including CDMA, TDMA, GSM within the US and Canada (NOTE: Will Not work for Sprint/Nextel iDen or Mike/Telus Networks.)

Wilson Electronics's adjustable-gain Small Office / Home Office boosters deliver a strong cellular signal in a more confined space. It features a higherer gain than previous SOHO models and will work with any cellular device operating on any North American 800 MHz or 1900 MHZ wireless network. Depending on the strength of the cellular signal outside the building, each of these boosters can provide coverage for space from the size of a single room up to an entire house. 

Adjustable Gain

Separate gain controls - one for the 800 MHz band, and another for the 1900 MHz band - allow the user to optimize the unit’s gain in each spectrum band to match the requirements of the building in which it is installed. The adjustable gain feature also simplifies installation by making antenna placement less critical. These SOHO boosters operate wirelessly – no direct connection is required with the cellular device. They support multiple phones, air cards, and 3G tablets simultaneously, and can be paired with a variety of Wilson antennas for the perfect cellular booster system to fit your small office or home office.

The Wilson AG SOHO 65 delivers gain that can be adjusted. The adjustable range is from 35db to 65db For 1900MHz frequencies and 30db to 60db for 800MHz frequencies. Adjustable gain amplifiers make installation easier with more flexibility. If there either frequency range is stronger than then other causing oscillation, you can adjust the gain without having to purchase a different amplifier.

About Building Cellular Amplifiers

The Wilson SOHO In Building cellular amplifier repeater is a small, bi-directional amp that delivers service levels consistent with what would be expected in areas of high cell network coverage. They amplify a weak or shadowed cellular signal and repeat it in an in-building small office / home office (SOHO) applications. When using a Wilson amplifier in conjunction with Wilson antennas, the outside antenna will collect the cell tower signal and send it through the cable to the amplifier. The signal is then amplified and broadcast from the inside antenna to the surrounding area. Cell phones and mobile broadband data cards in that area then communicate with the improved signal. When a cell phone or cellular device transmits, the signal is received by the inside antenna, amplified by the amplifier and broadcast back to the cell tower through the outside antenna.
