The best way to improve your Sanyo SCP-6200 reception is to attach an external antenna. The following antenna kits come with the antenna shown and an external antenna adapter which enables you to connect the Sanyo SCP-6200 external antenna directly to your phone.

Micro Magmount Antenna Kit

A great portable antenna solution. This is a dual band antenna (800MHz and 1900MHz range) that comes with an External Antenna Adapter (below) which enables you to connect the antenna directly to your phone. This antenna is about 3 inches tall and has a tiny magnetic base with 10 ft of RG-174 (thin coax cable). The antenna is best placed on a piece of metal (such as a car roof or file cabinet) outdoors or near a window. The size of this antenna enables quick and easy movement from place to place.
