RETURN POLICY

Our "No Questions Asked" 30 Day Accessories Return Policy
We will refund your full purchase amount (excluding shipping and/or handling charges), for any reason, if you return items (excluding Closeout Priced items (see below), memory, phones, antenna cable tools and some antennas see below) within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not refund shipping and/or handling charges. Although we do not reimburse return shipping expense / charges, we will ship replacements for defective items via UPS Ground service (domestic US only) at no charge to you.
Return Requirements:
- Equipment must be in original (like new) condition and not abused.
- Item(s) must be returned with receipt, original packaging, any warranty cards, manuals or any other documentation that originally came with the item. We cannot accept returns that are not in original packaging.
- Items missing pieces or damaged through negligence or misuse are not returnable.
- We cannot accept returns without original packaging, warranty cards, manuals or other documentation included with original item(s).
- We do not reimburse shipping or return shipping charges.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded if shipment is refused at time of delivery.
- Installed equipment (such as installed hands free kits and glass mount antennas) can not be returned.
- Returned products must have original and intact UPC barcode. Do not remove the UPC code until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return for credit.
- Returns for refund take approximately 1-2 weeks to process after receipt
- All returns require an Return Authorization Number.

Glass Mount Antennas
Since glass mount antennas are required to be glued to glass, and are very difficult to remove without damage, we recommend that they be installed by a professional. Once installed, glass mount antennas cannot be returned for any reason. Please keep this in mind when deciding on the type of antenna to purchase.

Most products featured on AlternativeWireless are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Most manufacturers have convenient warranty return instructions on their web sites. All manufacturer warranty claims must be made through the manufacturer.

Products with No Manfacturer Warranty
For products we sell that do not have a manufacturer warranty, we provide a 90 day limited warranty from date of purchase. We will send a replacement or issue a refund (at our option) upon return of defective equipment. Equipment must be defective in workmanship and/or materials and not show signs of negligence or misuse. Defective equipment must be returned with receipt and any manuals or any other documentation that came with the item. Although we do not reimburse return shipping charges, we will ship the replacement item via ground service (domestic US only) at no charge to you. Defective Original Equipment Manufactured equipment (OEM) by CCM, Nokia, Motorola, Ericsson, etc.,. should be returned to the manufacturer. Return information, if applicable, is enclosed with the product or is on the manufacturer's web site. Please use our RMA form for warranty claims for products with no manufacturer warranty..

Replaced Accessory Warranty
If we replace an accessory returned to us as defective, the warranty for accessory sent in replacement is only for the balance of the warranty on the original accessory.
CLOSEOUT PRICING
Items marked with CLOSEOUT PRICING are discontinued items and are available in very limited quantities. Closeout products can be returned ONLY if defective upon receipt. If a closeout priced item is defective, it must be returned within 15 days of receipt for refund or exchange. No other warranty is in effect for these special priced products.
