Remove the battery from the phone and set aside.

Flip the phone over so that the front is on top and back is in the palm of one hand. With the other hand use your thumb and index finger and lift the bottom of the original faceplate up away from the phone. Completely remove the faceplate and keypad.

Lay your new "Exreme Cover" flat onto a surface and insert the keypad.

Attach the phone to the new "Extreme Cover" by starting at the top and making sure the "legs" molded into the top of the "Extreme Cover" fit inside the holes in the main body of the phone.

Reinstall your battery.

While the phone is still lying flat, reinstall the battery door cover and apply slight down pressure as you slide the cover back up and you hear it lock back into place.
