Product Warranty
All CCM products have a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Equipment must be defective in workmanship and/or materials and not show signs of negligence or misuse.
Returns Within 30 Days of Purchase
AlternativeWireless.com will send a replacement or issue a refund (at our option) upon return of defective equipment up to 30 days from purchase. Defective equipment must be returned with receipt and any manuals or any other documentation that came with the item. Although we do not reimburse return shipping charges, we will ship the replacement item via UPS Ground service (domestic US only) at no charge to you if found defective within 30 days of purchase.
