The holidays are upon us once again. Here are a few things to remember when placing your order with us.

As usual, there will be limited or no service provided by the major carriers on Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.

The holidays put extra strain on the major shippers like UPS, Fed Ex and the US Postal Service. Keep this in mind when estimating shipment days. Although they are usually very good at keeping their regular time in transit, the heavy volume and poor weather can cause delays. Some carriers often suspend their guaranteed delivery times during this period.

Absolutely Has To Be There By When?

If you want that item that absolutely has to be there by a certain date, add a few extra days (more for international shipments) to regular shipping. Also, please contact us and we can advise you with the latest shipping informaition and delays. Remember that estimated time in transit means working days and does not include weekends or holidays.

UPS Peak-Season Guarantees

Commitment times for air and international shipments delivered within the United States and Puerto Rico will be extended by 90 minutes on the following days: Nov. 27, Dec. 18–24 and Dec. 31. International air shipments picked up or delivered in the United States are guaranteed throughout the holiday season. The guarantee for all U.S. air services and UPS 3 Day Select® is suspended for shipments picked up on Dec. 21, 22 and 23. The guarantee also is suspended for UPS Ground and UPS Standard packages picked up or scheduled for delivery between Dec. 11 and Dec. 24. Thanksgiving Schedule

We will be closed for Thanksgiving holidays on Thursday and Friday (11/26 and 11/27) so that our employees can enjoy Thanksgiving with their families. Orders made late Wednesday through Sunday will be processed on Monday (11/30).

UPS will not have their regular pick up or delivery service on Thursday or Friday however they will deliver Air packages (1 day and 2nd Day Air) on Friday 11/27. This includes 1 Day Air packages shipped early enough on Wednesday 11/25 and 2nd Day Air package shipped on Tuesday 11/24.

Christmas Schedule

We will be closed on Wednesday Christmas Eve (12/24) and Thursday Christmas Day (12/25). No UPS, Fed Ex or USPS deliveries will occur on 12/25. All carriers will be delivering on Christmas Eve but none will be picking up unless special arrangements are made with carrier. No UPS shipments will be picked up on 12/24 or 12/25.

New Years Schedule

We will be closed on New Years Eve (12/31) and New Years Day (01/01). No UPS, Fed Ex or USPS deliveries or pickups on these days.
