ANTENNA COAXIAL CABLE We offer a variety of cellular antenna cable extensions including Wilson 9913 Equivalent, Wilson400 (LMR-400 Equivalent), RG-8, RG-58 and 174. Please remember that adding cable length and additional connectors/adapters to an antenna will reduce the signal strength to the phone. For example, with RG-58 cable you can estimate about .16db loss per foot and .1db loss per connector. For longer lengths choose RG-8x, Wilson400, or Wilson's 9913 cable. Wilson's 9913 & Wilson400 coax cable is the lowest loss coax we carry.

Wilson Recommendations

Wilson makes a very good, low loss coax cable for their antennas as well as any other cell phone antenna. Please remember that there is some loss when you add an extension. As far as length, their recommendations are:

• 5' and 10' cables can be used with 3db or higher antennas
• 5, 10 or 15' cables can be used with Trucker Mirror Mount Antenna
• For lengths longer than 20', Wilson 400 coax cables are recommended (see below).
